A 77-year-old Chilean woman presents to her primary care provider complaining of abdominal pain. She reports several years history of intermittent mild right upper abdominal pain. The pain occasionally radiates to her right shoulder and typically resolves after a few hours. It is worse after meals. The pain started many years ago but she never saw a physician for it because she was too busy taking care of her children and grandchildren. She has 1 bowel movement per day. She denies any skin changes, jaundice, or itchiness. Her past medical history is notable for endometrial cancer status post-hysterectomy and hyperlipidemia. She takes rosuvastatin and a daily multivitamin. Her temperature is 98.6°F (37°C), blood pressure is 130/75 mmHg, pulse is 80/min, and respirations are 16/min. On exam, she is a well-appearing woman who is oriented to person, place, and time. She has mild tenderness to palpation in her epigastrium. There is no hepatosplenomegaly. A computerized tomography (CT) scan of her abdomen is performed. A notable finding is shown in Figure A. This patient is at greatest risk for developing a condition with which of the following histologic appearances?
